SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping. If international shipping becomes available in the future, eligible destinations will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: $3.99

Free standard shipping is available on orders of $70 USD or more.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete address information may result in delivery delays.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@hemedit.com. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

Order delivery time consists of two parts:

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 7–10 business days

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center outside the United States. For our standard U.S. shipping service, customs clearance and applicable import duties are generally handled as part of the shipping process, so customers are not normally required to pay additional import charges upon delivery.

If you receive an unexpected request for customs or import payment related to your HEM EDIT order, please contact us at contact@hemedit.com before making payment so we can review it with you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates may occasionally take additional time while the package is in transit or being processed by the carrier.

If your tracking information has not updated for several days or you believe there may be an issue with your shipment, please contact us at contact@hemedit.com with your order number. We will reply you in 24 hours.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

HEM EDIT is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@hemedit.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply if you request reshipment.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please first check the tracking information for the latest update.

If the tracking has not updated for several days, or if your package appears to be lost, please contact us at contact@hemedit.com with your order number. We will review the shipment status and assist you with the appropriate next steps.

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
